Meet Vinodh, our authentic South Indian cuisine expert, hailing from the small town of Tindivanam in Tamil Nadu. Having grown up on idli, dosa, vada, and other tiffin delicacies, Vinodh knows his way around the kitchen. When he moved to the US in 1997, he was shocked by the lack of good dosas - so he started making them at home. Fast forward 20 years, and Vinodh has mastered the art of making delicious dosas that his family and neighborhood kids love. Now, he's bringing his passion for authentic South Indian cuisine to larger gatherings, and there's nothing he loves more than receiving genuine compliments from satisfied customers.
